You know I've spent years in front of my own camera — questioning, exposing, reclaiming. Asking what a body is worth. What beauty means. Who gets to decide.

I never stopped asking that question.

But lately, I've been asking it somewhere else.

In the last weeks I've been photographing flowers. Not at their peak — after. When most people would have thrown them away. When they're curling, browning, falling apart.

I gave them a stage instead.

Before She Dies is a new series of 25 photographs. The same questions I've always asked — just quieter. More tender. And somehow, even more urgent.
